It has been a true blessing to have had John in our lives for 36 years. Most recently he lived at home, happy to spend his day with his 2 "senior citizen" parents.

He was our resident chef and strongly opinionated conversationalist, adding lots of spice to our food and our daily lives.

Our loss feels unbearable right now, but I know John is flying through the streets of heaven on a top-of-the-line bicycle, rushing to a baseball game in his own Field of Dreams.

We love you John.
